lol i kept calibrating it with my voice so I'm pretty sure E2 is there. Well never mind, this still gives some hope for some low sung notes for a beastly range. What type of voice would he be classified under though?

She's mediocre - I'm pretty sure she's better than Jessica. She's nasal, she does OK in her comfort zone, she has no lower register, she uses falsetto, and her three high notes are whiny and strained.

She was Tier 2, so I'm assuming she must have resonated once...do you know if she did?

For the most part it didnt lose much quality until afterwords. Not to say she is always consistent up to E doe.

I thought the E5's were good, though it's the way she ends her notes like she's burping that makes it sound a bit weird.. So she has resonated?

Yep alot of the notes she does Between Bb4-Eb5 especially.

 

However, remember to project PROPERLY you need both Resonance +Volume. Her voice is one of those small voices basically doesn't produce much resonance or volume. Just because it's naturally light.

 

 

Bada,Jodi Benson and IU are all similar in vocal weight.

She's an inconsistent singer in one performance she did a really good C and then strained it on the next C.  She belongs where she is on the vocal chart.The Voice of the Little Mermaid and Thumblina.

 

 

Jessica's voice is also the same weight as these people.

how have I not watched this movie before. and don't worry, I don't think she doesn't deserve to be where she is, I just think mediocre wouldn't be her name..I never understood why she didnt pass auditions..

If you're gonna include Suho from K, then include Lay. They have pretty much the same amount of lines, apparently. They're both kinda like supporting vocalists. Xiumin rarely sings lol.

Oh, I think that's just fans guessing.  Like, it was fairly obvious who should be what in K, Chanyeol is lead rapper, Sehun and Kai can't really sing, so of the other 3 Suho was obviously < Baekhyun and D.O.  And then when you transport that over to M, Chen does more of everything than Luhan, Luhan did more than Lay, Xiumin sang a little more than Tao and Krees and won second place in whatever competition it was that landed him as a trainee in SM in the first place, so~~  But I still haven't seen official profiles from SM about it.  I dunno why they bumped him up to lead (I don't think anyone thought of him as lead prior to XOXO), but I suspect it's due to line allocation in Wolf, and I especially don't want to listen to Wolf in mandarin to figure it out. >.>

lulz, I think it will be interesting with the korean version of Wolf, since Luhan doesn't get any glory notes but he has to sing a lot more... forcefully than he did in M to match the other 3 when he has chorus lines.

as far as Ik it's mostly based on their mix, how they work there. Then lower register and head voice are like tie breakers? But I think it's also overall, how they transition up from their lower chest up to mix and yknow breath support, placement, consistency, tonality, intonation, musicianship, I guess dynamics? lol but yeah all these things are sorta irrelevant to mix or chest specifically since they happen through the whole of the voice. If you have intonation issues, it will come bout in any place in your range, tonality, musicianship, support, consistency. 

 

Oh my, I'm actually surprised with Luhan's voice, I had no idea it'd sound like that but why do they woolf now. why.
