It's CUZ u r not used to octaves... You're singing below a female ... It's CUZ to u it's not low but that's cuz that's ur middle octave

Actually the first question was more impt lol, hope you can answer that too.

As for my voice, it really sounds light when I listen to it in my head.

I know it isn't as light as a female's, but even kpop tenors sound deeper than girls (so I'm guessing if both start in the 3rd octave, it's more of a rounded up/down estimate)

At the same time, I checked out some guy's D2 notes on YT and I thought my voice was nowhere as deep, so i assumed 3rd octave.

You said I sing from my middle octave...but to find my range I would start as low as possible! (and still thought it from a 3rd octave)

Possible reason is that when I sing casually (pretty different from the recording you heard), I use like middle voice all the time (possible??) so it sounds lighter and I confuse it with tenors who love to sing 4th octave notes.

This question is so confusing because I'm not sure if your speaking of pitch or the weight of your voice.

But yeah when you sing you often times have to record yourself to hear what others hear

Right even I started I confused octaves a lot.. It's just lack of sensibility to octaves.. U get the pitch right but not the octave.. That's CUZ ur brain wants to play it safe n sing comfortably... I suppose... A basses D2 is fuller and heavier than a baritones D2, also the baritones will sound much more like a struggle

I mean take for example Kyuhyun's C3. Let's say his voice transforms and becomes deeper and deeper (in something, either pitch or weight I guess)  to the point his C3 becomes a C2. Is there a cut off point for that?

If his voice is placed lower(By nature meaning his voice naturally progresses to a deeper vocal fach) then yes he could possibly hit a C2. However what do you mean cutoff pont.

By the way Key is a tenor. Don't know who in here be spreading lies.

Key is so not a tenor... He's completely a baritone.. You can hear it in his vocal weight... His vocal bridge n like just how heavy his voice is... I mean current key

@plastic what bout ur highest in mix?

How's G.NA?

(I can hear some people mutter, oh no not her again)

I like her but she's nothing special vocally... Possibly better than like Gain or about the same

Ok my question was pretty silly lol. I thought a fixed pitch (at like C3) would sound like a C2 if sung by a dude with a very deep voice. But I guess our ears should be able to differentiate the 2 in the end? No matter what type of voice lol

Oh oh that's okay ^ ^ a baritone right?

Lol, that's what Akisame thinks though I've never been classified before ;P I would assume tenor but I guess since I can do lower it would be baritone? I prefer to sing in a higher range/octave. My head voice tends to be dominant with mix so it's like a sudden transition.
