They didn't really show much of her teaching in the second episode tbh Shin Yumi was previously a in house YG vocal trainer but she quit because she joined The Voice. She's the exclusive vocal trainer of Lee Hi before but now she also teaches BlackPink, Twice and Got7 according to PD101 S2. Because from her speaking voice, it doesn't seem like she'd have a low, throaty voice like that. Correct me if I'm wrong but Kim Sung Eun who was training BTS Jin and TWICE is not part of the season 2 of produce 101. Those coach are new and that guy was doing a really bad job literally telling the boys to hit the high notes even if it didn't fit their range and even scolding them for not hitting the right note as if they all became main vocals of their agency. Momomo: 28:14-28:20 Secret : 18:46 She's hitting the same notes as the ones in the track, if that's what you mean by hitting the right note. None of them are executed in a healthy manner, a lot of it is just strained with a pushed amount of volume and a high larynx, but it's the correct pitch.
