Operatic technique slaying contemporary technique

Shes not even singing in Forte. lmao

They also had to get closer to the microphone to even be heard.

Also for Resonance go for Michael Bolton,Peabo Bryson, And Luther Vandross. Bruno Mars is not half bad either but he is not as consistent as the aforementioned men(And his voice is much smaller too lol)

Michael Buble as well And Tony Bennett for a Baritone.

How does he compare to Naul?

And will you be making analyses for Narsha and JeA?

He has  waaaaaaaay more power then Naul and doesn't have the occasional nasal issue Naul has on C5. However, Hyoshin lacks the coloratura naul has and is not as creative with his voice live(Both change up their songs though).

So it's kinda like...both have very good pros and cons the other doesn't really have.

I think...maybe I can do Narsha's tonight. I'll see but JeA is gonna have to wait cause classes started up again

Thanks! I appreciate it a lot ^^

I never knew PHS had such a powerful voice before seeing that clip

He seldom shows off that upper register tbh.

I'v listened to all his albums. He the kinda person who revels in his vocal tone as opposed to doing actual vocal work.

Until he does the vocal work...then your like...yeah....beautiful tone+ Insane vocal technique?

When I listened to wildflower I thought "ok, he's got a nice voice but this doesn't show anything all that special"

And watching his snow flower performance it seemed quite decent but I couldn't get past his nose

But in that clip he sounded like an Opera singer

Hm Hardly but his placement there is fantastic. Vibrato is sturdy and everything.

However, This brings me to another subject; Reverb really fucks with perception of the column of sound/volume output. Reverb is a vocal effect 99% of live artist use in their performances and gives them this larger then life sound

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lcXF9ETGi7Q

^Sounds is larger due to reverb

Voice in actual size without reverb(Hyoshin is still a pretty big voice to begin with however) I'm saying reverb plays a role in most peoples perception of powerful

queen patti snatching your faves weaves

Praise.

Eb5 is eh....For a lyric tenor though it's a note we posses but it's hard to get the apropriate mix to not sound tooo heady but to note force he voice. It's more of a technical complication then actual height. But for majority of lyric or leggiero tenors D5/Eb5 is the peak unless you are singing Il puratani then you have to sing a F5.

Now in pop music men could go up much much higher but it will never have the clairty nor beauty of the female voice between like A5-D6(Nor control or dynamics)

but he wanted ee or ooo.... ._. I didnt watch..

oh shoot.

It's the same as Alicia Keys who used to resonate G#5, someday they started using bad technique and changed their approach and somehow made their voices deteriorate as much as possible..

AKA bitches stopped practicing at home.

She's not bad but she used to be muuuuuuch better and oh no some girl on fire performances were pretty painful. I mean she is a mezzo but still lol

I really wonder what happened lol

One or two things happened it could be like I said...She stopped practicing when it was not second nature yet. Or She was singing on youth. Which is what Ariana does.

Or a combination of both.

I don't understand most of that article lol, but is it basically saying E# and B# actually exist? I mean... I know there must be something between E and F and between B and C.... But wouldn't it be something like a semisemitone (?) or something like that? Like an E## lol omg that sounds just...  :derp:

 Yes they do exist.

B# is basically C

It's one of those things that unless you deep into classical music(Or composition) you don't have to be super familiar with.
