Hello guys! I'm French and I'm listening to Indila these days (a French singer lol), I wanted to know if she was any good. I'm in love with her tone. Here are two/three /videossongs for you to judge, and a video of her singing acapella

I know it's a lot so take your time if you do want to answer me (:

I mean I can't say either of them is improving in comparison to one another because I haven't been checking them but I'm very VERY impressed by how Solji sounded here. In every other clip I heard, Solji sounds tight above Bb4 and in this, she was only tight on like C#5 and D5, with some whininess. I heard very nice support, openness and a relaxed sound around C5, on her first intro thingy and in the end there's a sustained B4 and it was also pretty nice, with resonance too! So this makes me change my mind about where Solji would be.. She is definitely better than Tiffany.. I hope she keeps this consistent.

Here are interesting videos I think are interesting to analyze for Hani ? I love the last video the most

I wasn't thinking of analyzing her but if she's relevant enough vocally, then why not right? would you mind posting these in the blog?

I was more thinking of a quick feedback tbh lol but I'm commenting on the blog right now :) Her vocal range really isn't nothing crazy but I do think she has a good (enough) technique (by kpop standards lol)

Hi there, was wondering if I could get some comments on Hiba Tawaji, she's a Lebanese singer and she's apparently a "coloratura soprano with a four octave vocal range" (subject was brought up in an interview so it's coming from her) and she's classically trained. Here's the highlight of her recent live band concert, highlights of the highlight being 0:53-1:28 ; 3:23-4:15 ; 5:24-5:45

And at the end of this performance she holds a note for like 20 seconds so maybe you can find it interesting

She also has wonderful music videos and good songs if you're interested (:

Btw guys someone posted this on the blog and I was so happy to hear Hyorin's runs and her Eb5 and E5, she was again consistent there so I hope she stays like this! This was really good~

Well, I believe she's a great vocalist. Her head voice is REALLY nicely trained. She accesses it SO easily. Those F6s in the Queen Of The Night snippet were very nice she was supported all throughout.

Thanks a lot! She really makes me want to learn more about vocal pedagogy, I think she's wonderful

Is 2:06 a B4 ? I'm working on identifying the notes lol

And I think there's an interesting lower register note at 2:02 with tone and all

Does she have one of the best lower registers in Kpop? Among idols that is. If not can you guys give me a small list? On the top of my head I'm thinking of (in no particular order) Hyorin, Uji, Soyou but I'm a novice so...
