On June 19, 2014 'Dispatch' unleashed their exclusive report pertaining to an alleged relationship between SM Entertainment artists EXO's Baekhyun and Girls Generation's Taeyeon.

 

 

 

 

After a few hours SM Entertainment has released a statement to confirm that the two are in fact dating! A rep from the agency responded to media outlets, "Having started off as close sunbae-hoobae, the two recently developed feelings for each other and are in the beginning stages."

 

 

 

 

This make's EXO's Baekhyun and Girls' Generation's Taeyeon the First Official Couple of SM Entertainment.

The Korean celebrity couple, who was in a relationship for more than a year and four months, reportedly called it off due to busy schedules. 

 

 

 

 

 

"Even last March, Taeyeon secretly attended EXO's solo concert in Seoul and displayed her affection for Baekhyun, but they eventually weren't able to overcome their busy schedules. Although the two have ended their romantic relationship, they have decided to remain good sunbae (senior) and hoobae (junior),"Allkpop quoted the source as saying. Although the singers and their representatives from SM Entertainment are tight-lipped about the break-up, an insider from the Korean music industry revealed that the couple "recently ended their relationship" mainly because they want to focus on "their individual activities and naturally grew apart".
