You need to cry and be comforted but nobody is here for you

There is no reason for anyone to cry. It's a primitive reaction, ever heard of "crocodile's tears", its basically a mechanism to look weak so a larger animal will have pity on you and won't eat you.

 

If you are crying and getting absolutely no gain from it, then you are just pissing in the air. Use that energy instead towards your mind and higher levels of thinking.

Hope you feel better soon.

Have a good cry when you need to. It helps release the energy that's built up from negative emotions.

what if u snap one day ?? :shock:

if you deal with your emotions silently and alone, you wouldn't snap. you'd snap if you don't deal with them at all.

 

on topic: my life. its a struggle but you get used to it. i snap a lot bc i do let things build up without dealing with the problem. that's never endearing lol.

You're right tho, but some people just need to cry a little bit to feel better... I wish I were more stronger than this ._.

It's all habit. We cry because that's what we did as babies but it still lingers within us because we may not have reflected on it and did something to change it. Once we practice to get rid of impractical and unnecessary behavioral patterns we will notice that they had no positive effect on us at all. You can make yourself feel good just by having your mind do it for you, no rituals or other stimulants are necessary, but this path takes some work.

I know how you feel, and yes it sucks 

My parents have never really ever comforted me when I was hurting. My friends have, but that's only recent. 
I'll be honest here when no one is there to listen to you cry about _______  feelings get bottled up over time and just spill out. Listen to music, talk to anyone who'll listen (remember that these people should be trustworthy or people who you can rant while remaining anonymous) 

That should help .... well hopefully 

watch television or drink tea (it relaxes you) 

but remember you can also just cry your heart out for a while 

hopefully things will get better and the skies will be clear again for ya 

stay strong ^_^

Wanting to cry doesn't make you a weak person. You just deal with stress differently is all.

 

I always watch cute cat videos whenever I'm like scarily depressed. I don't really have anyone to confide in either. That's what works for me anyways. If you ever need someone to talk to, I'd always be happy to listen btw
