Anyone have tips on how to deal with indigestion?

Everything above sounds about right. Do make sure to drink enough water in between meals.

 

Papaya

 

This, however, is a very, very good suggestion. Try to eat some papaya everyday, including as dessert after a meal.

 

Lastly, try not to eat irritating foods for breakfast as it will weaken your stomach for the day.

 

PS: Allow me to insist on the papaya though
