The ISAC rumored line up started spreading last week. It included fromis. However some Flovers were saying OTR usually do the banner or something 10 days before filming, so don't trust it.  OTR still haven't did whatever they do, and filming starts on the 16th. So far that's where the new information about fromis not attending ISAC now is coming from. Those are the only tweets I see. I don't see any official source. Please share if anyone find it.

Therefor I don't think this is necessarily related to the scandal. There was no real evidence they were ever going to attend to begin with.

For all we know OTR didn't want to send fromis right now. They could be busy preparing  something. Keep their hair color hidden.

so we've known for a bit now seoyeon been working on music. probably as far back as debut. considering making songs is something she's think it fun then we might get more then just one on the next album!
