heolll ive been saying this for ages to the mods but since cube hasnt formally introduced him as a cube trainee they don't wanna add his channel yet so we just clogging main chat with woochan updates lel

 

 

I was at CUBE trainee discord (it was actually for Kuanlin x Seonho, cube chicks discord, but we talk about Woochan quite often too) yesterday because OH was down all day and I felt lonely as I had no one to talk about the live show yesterday.

 

Anyways, I agree that Nucksal hard carried yesterday, if Woochan's team was to lose, Woochan might be the one going off the show. But imo, luck is also a "winning factor" and he's great for his age and I think he did great yesterday.

 

I'm not too surprised at the comments, at least they're not too harsh or go malicious on the kid, just merely stating facts that we know. I feel like top 6 might be Woochan last stage, but son got to learn lots of things, it's beneficial for the future. He did great!

While watching the latest ep with c-subs. I feel like Woochanie grew taller, he's almost as tall as Nucksal now. Not that mom Nucksal was tall in the first place, hahahaha. But is it just me? I feel that Woochan was much smaller when the show first started.

 

Again, like usual, putting my thoughts on the ep, contains spoilers about other teams too. Long essay! Beware!

 

 

I actually like Jamezz (is this the correct spelling?) birthday song but I feel that it was Dok2 and Jay Park stage, and he was only a featuring. His stage presence is totally overshadowed by Dok2 (in terms of rap). It's a good song, but it's a song that would sound good no matter who is the one rapping. Meh, I'm not a big fan of his rap style, I don't have a strong memory of his rap.... it's a pity that Woodie Gochild wasn't chosen, but I can understand why producers choose Jamezz, he had more stability on stage because of experience but I feel like Woodie Gochild had better stage presence and would bring more to the table than Jamezz, plus this song is Woodie Gochild style imo. I hope to see Woodie again! Next season maybe? 

 

Maniac vs Junoflo. Maniac's style is not my cup of tea, he has a very strong voice but I feel the song is just so-so, i'm not a big fan of such style, he seems like a real good guy though. Junoflo is the clear winner for this match imo. But both would be so much better if they rap more in Korean (which they still have to work on). I like Junoflo's song and he's so at ease on stage, he's a natural performer.

 

Wonjae's stage is emotional, it's even more emotional that Black Nine was eliminated and he had to go up the stage immediately. I like Wonjae's lyrics and he showed a different style this time round, no more deep dark, angry rap style, much more peaceful, more hopeful. I like it, his lyrics are poetic (that line on the stars that shines on the city, i really like it). Black Nine had no chance in winning imo when the song is a slower emotional song, it's totally Wonjae's alley, no one can beat him in this style imo. He showed much more potential this time round, he showed us that he could do different style. He's really becoming an underdog to watch out for, though I still think Nucksal is gonna be the winner, his flow is just too strong. Wonjae's advantage is that his rap grabs people attention and gets people emotional.

 

Like I said before, Woochan & Nucksal stage, Nucksal really hard carried, even previously without subs, I could feel it from the flow alone, Woochan is still fresh in talent, he still need some more polish. Nucksal is just slaying everyone so easily, it's scary... His years of experience + ease at stage + killer flow, how to beat this monster? Woochan is lucky to have Nucksal mom. Their interaction in this show is the cutest. I guess top6, next week's stage is Woochan's last stage, I don't have high hopes of him winning against the remaining hyungs. He's really good as a 12 y.o but if you remove the age, his skills is definitely not up to par yet to other hyungs. I love son Woochan though. I think he learned a lot through SMTM, that's what matters the most. I also think this stage wasn't Woochan's best stage, his stage in N/1 is the best stage, he wasn't overshadowed by his hyungs in that stage, the song style fits him better than this song imo.

 

Young B and Hangzoo stage, it's actually really nice, if only their competition wasn't Nucksal, they might have higher chances of winning (or maybe not because audience doesn't seem to like Young B that much?) But I really like the "search" hook and Young B's rhythm, flow, diction, he's a strong rapper to me despite all his controversies. I actually like him in High School Rapper, though I was rooting more for Osshun Gum to win at that show. Hangzoo is just so-so to me as a rapper, like... he's much more entertaining off stage than on stage. His rap is decent, no mistakes but also not that memorable, not distinctive enough. But he's definitely the better choice for upcoming stage, he's always calm, his yrs of experience shows.

 

Conclusion: Dynamic Duo is surpassing all my expectations as a producer team. So far, they've been delivering bops after bops. They're really good. While Deanzico is good, but not good enough against Dynamic Duo team (this team is too strong).

Show Me The Money Rapper Looks Like A Mini Version Of Wanna One’s Park Jihoon

This young Show Me The Money contestant is not only a skilled rapper, but he also looks very similar to a popular idol!

13-year-old Jo Woochan is a trainee under Cube Entertainment, and recently fans have noticed his looks are very similar to Wanna One member Park Jihoon’s.

They’re definitely right!

His looks aren’t the only thing he has going for him, though.

Woochan has recently been gaining more popularity after showcasing his surprising rap skills on Show Me The Money 6. 

He is the youngest contestant to make it to the finals, and has even lasted longer than some of the most skilled rappers on the show!

Fans are already anticipating his debut in Cube’s next boy group after seeing how well he’s done on Show Me The Money.

Hopefully we’ll see more from Woochan soon!
