bb4 25,058
‘Kpop Star 6’ Park Hyunjin leaves YG and signs with Starship Entertainment SourceOSEN via Naver News: ‘Kpop Star 6’ Boyfriend member Park Hyunjin terminates contract with YG and signs with StarshipComments[1827+ 81-] I thought he would go to JYP….. What is this…… [1611+ 97-]He chose Starship in the end… I’m worried [1020+ 40-]??????????????????? [1009+ 228-]If he chose JYP, I would’ve clapped for him… tsk tsk [477+ 20-]They actually have the group Boyfriend there [458+ 53-]What? Then YG is so much better… I thought he would join JYP. [326+ 22-]Hyunjin-ah, you need to look far ahead… [366+ 44-]Why is he going to Starship. Their boy groups all flop [409+ 59-]I personally think Park Hyunjin wanted a fast debut, with all his popularity now.. YG probably made a contract with him as a trainee, since Bang Ye Dam is still hasn’t made his debut yet.. On the other hand, Kim Jongseob probably signed as a trainee looking far ahead… People often terminate their contracts with their agencies because of conflicts like this [271+ 18-]I hope this choice wasn’t made because of his parents’ greed… The life is about choices.. I wonder what paths Hyunjin and Jongseob would be walking on after 10 years.. [307+ 34-]Starship over YG????? [283+ 28-]Starship brings in a lot of people, but doesn’t let them release albums. It’s just like FNC [224+ 9-]I wonder how the two boys’ decisions would change their life… I’m curious how they would turn out after 10 years [195+ 18-]Starship actually has Boyfriend ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Is this a destiny [243+ 44-]What is this??? I’m so speechless ㅋㅋㅋ ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ The parents are the problem… [198+ 29-]YG would be better… why Starship… Starship is doing really bad with boy groups [187+ 32-]I thought he would join JYP????? epitome T0T 641
he sounds so jypish but if jyp want him, he must already snatched that boy, but it's not work as if you can choose to enter any big3 if you like, they choose you not otherwise
CClimber 63
I thought he was leaving YG because he didn't think their music suits him. And yet he signed with Starship Entertainment. That's kinda random of him...
Newton'sApples 4,303
Let him do what he wants, even tho YG is a big company their style doesn't match up with him!

M0VH 9,985
Let the kid make his decision~ Maybe he liked Starship's contract more then YG. Just because it's a big name, doesn't mean everyone will take this opportunity. The kid was given a decision and he made one~ let him live~~~

sammydee 8,599
Starship probably offered a more convenient contract? I mean we all know Yg would lock him in the dungeon for years
Sweet lavender 256
How old is he?? Maybe he can join Sewoon to make a band / boygroup.. Or maybe he can be a soloist ..
aiacandy 3,313
[283+ 28-]Starship brings in a lot of people, but doesn’t let them release albums. It’s just like FNC YG artists don't release more albums than Starship artists do though???? Plus Starship artists have more chances for predebut exposure, OST featurings, etc. Also [477+ 20-]They actually have the group Boyfriend there THE ORIGINAL BOYFRIEND* you mean
one-hoe wonho 2,496
people complain about yg putting trainees in the dungeon, but complain again when they leave the company and sign with another one. make up your minds...
sweetbitter 124
He prolly wanted a quick debut and ride his current popularity. YG will train you for several years first before letting you debut, the guy is only what 10? What's the hurry.
Mystery Survivor 467
His parents must have wanted him to debut early as I'm sure JYP would have signed him as a trainee. Anyhow his parents are pretty stupid as the kid is way too young to be able to handle the idol life. I bet when he gets older he'll be pretty pissed of with his parents for taking him away from YG and signing with Starship instead.

Angel_Nessa 11,378
there are some trainees in JYP close in age with Hyunjin, so it'd be a good option for him to go there. I don't know if Starship has any plan of debuting a boygroup so soon, but I don't think so. Monsta X is not doing bad. They have a great album sales and a good I-fandom. They are the most successful Starship boygroup.
