SNSD Then and Now.

The Dense One

Recommended Posts

- Maturity of the concept

- Quality of Singing

- How much each member has grown as well.

Stop being so close-minded about growth XD

Maybe SM should showcase this individual growth and find a new concept because half of the girls look disinterested and bored with everything they do.

They look so fucking bored now. Ugh, like watching a bunch of Sullis.

Reading your comment makes me wanna think of a depressed little boy who tries his hardest to unburden his angst on a group of people that have achieved more than you will ever have.

The regression is pitiful.

From decent live singing, energy on stage with albeit shit music to lip syncing and performing badly on stage to awful music.

The thing that pisses me off about you is that you use the name Sooyoung. But let's not get personal here, shall we?

I don't wanna shit on their debut stage but 2/3 of SNSD were flat on their debut stage and very shaky, but they made up for it with impact and energy because it was what the choreo called for.

Mr. Mr. is a different style of song, it's more about sass and attitude, do you really think that they're gonna be all smiles and shit when performing a song like this? Fuck no.

And how are they performing badly? The dancing is on point even if the choreo isn't Jabbawockees or Quest Crew level and the song is actually decent, much better than IGAB.

The growth is there, you're just too blind to see it.

I completely agree with this, SME is the cancer that affects all their groups. Even if they can make them last longer, they fail to show off anything they can do, it took Henry Lau, SIX FUCKING YEARS, to showcase what he could do in an appropriate manner...

Does that seem healthy to you?

Some 'Sones' in this thread ....

I know right?

They don't even use Henry correctly. Someone that talented should not be wasting his time dying his hair random colours and singing terribad music. The same thing can be said for SNSD.

SM fail to use SNSD to their full potential.

Solo debut with a brilliant album and I'm pretty sure he has some creative input in his concept AND his music because he composes some of the freaking songs XD

But I completely agree, SM fails to use ANY of their artists to their full potential because they wanna keep tabs on them...

It doesn't mean that they don't have any growth, it's just means that it isn't obvious to the observer.

I mean look at Tiffany for example... She did a cover of Alicia Keys a while back that sounded strained and horrid as fuck, and now she's done another cover of "The Way" by Ariana Grande that sounded absolutely amazing :)

He's Level 10 in piano and violin but sings generic pop music. Definitely not being used at his potential. lol.

And Tiffany is someone who isn't being used correctly. They force her to sing out of her comfort zone and the result is the shit you hear in Find Your Soul and Mr Mr. She's improved a tremendous amount but they don't use her correctly.

SM is a failure of a company. They should be forced out of business for wasting people's time and youth.
