A makeup hack gone wrong and I just got the worst headache of my life

Basically I was trying this makeup hack where u put baby powder on your face and put your face in cold water for 30sec

I've done this before several times and it worked well

 

The only diff this time was I used a diff brand and I used a corn starch baby powder cuz I heard talc was bad

 

Anyway after putting my face in the water, I felt I was struggling more than usual to hold my breath but i was almost done so I just persisted

 

But after the 30sec when i came up for air, I got the worst headache of my life. It was so bad, I was screaming and banging on the table and crying. It was sooooooo painful

 

My sis gave me an ibuprofen and after several minutes, it slowly got less painful to a throbbing pain then to an average headache.

 

My sis called my mom and she said i should go to the hospital but the pain had subsided so I decided not to. According to google, it may have been an exertion headache from low oxygen and my mom also thinks my iron is low. But anyways I ate a bagel and listened to Red Flavor

 

i hope i made the right call to not go to the emerg.. But I feel a lot better now and I'm not saying listening to RV took away the worst headache of my life, but it just might have

  It's good that you're better, but.... what result it is supposed to give? I mean - the whole baby powder, and head under water thing? I've never heard of such a thing.

it was during the winter and i was in the forest and when i went inside my house it was really hot and the temperature change gave me the worst headache ever

i was on the ground pulling my hair out and crying. no i didnt and it eventually went away fully after like a day
