The problem with Jennie is that while she has an okay flow she doesn't write her own stuff and on UPRS you would get wrecked for that. SunSun 261 Posted July 8, 2017 Share Posted July 8, 2017 honestly speaking i think if she was to go on unpretty rapstar it wouldn't be able her skills in rapping but how well the other rappers will diss her ​and honestly... there's a lot to diss/throw shade about ​jennie's raps are decent and im sure given time she'll be just as skilled as any other rapper in lyrics writing, but given how a lot of other idols have turned down UR bc of the diss/roasting nature of the show, i won't be surprised if success is judged not on writing/rapping but on the mental strength of the rapper Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Even Jimin had a rough time and she's more thuggish than Jennie imo. The only idol rappers who I could see doing that show are CL, the rapper from EXID, and maybe the girl from 4 minute and the one from Mamamoo. Girls like Jennie and Chaeyoung need to get some edge to them before they step in that arena.
