Intensive Summer Semester Classes

Gloupsidou

Recommended Posts

I looked at the Physical Therapy school program and it said I'd have to take classes in 2 summers. So basically they want students to take classes Fall semester, Spring semester, Summer semester, Fall semester, Spring semester, Summer semester and the rest would just be Fall & Spring. :>_>: :>_>: :>_>:

Oh only 3 weeks? That sounds pretty interesting and really handy.

I kind of wish we had something similar here too.

It's nice, really. It's 3 hours/day for 3 weeks (morning) so you have the rest of the day to do hw/work/tan

I did that. it's not that bad, means you get it over with faster!

...well unless you really hate math and physics, then it's bad. :/

I think I am going to enjoy it because I quite like math and the few physics I have had was crap but I was introduced to a bit of it in my chemistry class and I enjoyed the heck out of it. Plus, physics labs are THE best! Are you a science major too? :s //scienceftw

yep. geosciences, which doesn't require me to do physics, but I did it anyway and have had a little chemistry and several courses in biology :)

That's an awesome major. I heard that's one of the few natural science majors that can get a job with a BS degree. XD What do you plan on doing with it? I'm a bio major but I absolutely detest it (outside of the nervous system). Chemistry is my true looooooove.

oh aww. I think bio is really cool but I'm taking neuro right now and it bores me to tears...to each their own XD

I think I'm going to try to get a job to get a little experience and then try to go back to grad school, hopefully to be an academic. at this point I'm most interested in sedimentary geology and paleontology, but who knows? I'm a bit undecided haha.

Hey, at least you're going somewhere! And have a major that makes money '.' Bio majors are basically screwed if you don't go pre-med lol. Either go to grad school........... or go to grad school. Sucks. Every time I think of paleontology, I can't help but think of Ross from Friends ahah. Are you a junior? I dunno why I always pictured you as a junior/senior :3

LOL everyone I know is bored of neuroscience too but it's my la-la-lahve. I'm obsessed with biochemistry. If I wasn't afraid to take another 3 sem of chem, I would just switch majors before you could say deuces bio!
