Mao Abe Announces 11th Single "Believe in Yourself"

Mao Abe will be releasing her 11st single, titled "Believe in yourself", on May 21.

The upcoming single will be used as the opening theme song for the anime series "Baby Steps". The series premieres on April 6. "Baby Steps" follows 15-year-old high school student Eiichiro Maruo as he begins attending a tennis school after deciding he needs more physical activity in his life. While there, he meets Natsu Takasaki, an aspiring professional tennis player who Maruo develops a crush on."The music I've made is full of happy feelings. I hope from the bottom of my heart that the song will be a source of courage and hope for everyone," Abe stated in regard to her new single.The upcoming single will come in a regular edition and limited anime edition. Prior to the single's full release, the TV version of the song will be released on April 7. © JpopAsia
