I'm looking at an internship right now and it lists the different majors they are accepting

 

It says you must be getting a degree in political science, international relations or a degree in a related field

 

Do you think a history degree with an emphasis in European studies counts as a related field?

Sophomore year, I applied to an internship that stated they were only look for TECH students but I applied anyway and got it. I guess they didn't have to many people applying or something.

Politics/International Relation also have European context so your major is still related. Just apply, it won't hurt.
