I always think about this but 11 is an odd number so they need to let only a certain number of girls and boys in the final group, like 5 girls and 6 boys or vice versa. If not, the boys would have the advantage and could possibly end up with another wanna one

An example is La Banda, the first season was a boy group (CNCO) fangirl hate every single females close to them but La Banda season 2 was a coed group (Mix5) with 3 boys and 2 girls and let me tell you that the girls got as much love as teh boys or even more.
