[PANN NATE] Cartoon summary of NU'EST Dongho's case

This situation is getting more and more confusing and complicated. I'm a simple Nu'est fan, who just want the boys to be able to enjoy their new-found fame that they have worked so hard for.

The guilty party should definitely be punished (wheather it is Dongho or the girl), but I just want Nu'est to be able to relax, without worrying about disbandment, rumors and accusations, or tv-shows trying to pit them against each other.

Huh as expected so much conflicting story this girl is telling. Still, can't jump the gun yet, but her credibility is looking pretty weak. One of the main things keeping me neutral about this is that she did not back out and apologize after Pledis threaten to sue. Typically, attention seekers who try to defame celebrities will start crying for forgiveness but she is holding her ground - albeit horribly so - but for now I am more trusting of Dongho until further evidence.

This girl has about lost all her credibility. How can one change their story so much, get friends to make up rumors, not mention the person eligible as a witness and expect people to believe her?

Hope this is over soon. Nu'est don't deserve this.

I think even if she backed out she coudl still get her ass sued. This accussations will follow him forever (unless it's completely proved they are false) and people could still think she said she was lying because of Pledis threatened to sue, that's why either way it wouldn't really matter if she backed or not out. She might think that even if the trial doesn't prove none of them right or wrong she might get away with it or get a smaller sentence than if she straight up admitted she was lying. I don't know if I explained myself lol

You know you're obsessed when you don't have to read that cartoon because you already memorized all the case details in your head :derp:

-Pledis CEO-

But you still read all of the cartoon just to make sure she got it right, right?

Cause I did, ngl

the only thing that makes me suspicious of the victim is that she could've sued him while his group were unknown and broke, and would've had a greater chance of winning a court-case considering that Pledis didn't give a flying fuck about them. Now they have a larger, dedicated fanbase, and Pledis is actually willing to invest in them. I'm trying to stay neutral because I know that just because idols seem like nice people now, they can still have a problematic past, but its hard to considering on how little info we have.

Again, innocent until proven guilty, but victim-blaming won't hep his case either. Please don't blow this up before we have more information.

Fans can become delusional and come up with stories where the idols/famous people harassed them or loved them. There is even someone threatning to blow up apink..To be honest i dont believe anyone who goes to pann and posts half assed story about something, instead of going to police.

Something to keep in mind, though, that it is likely the suit from Pledis' side will not be successful. And that wouldn't mean Dongho was guilty but due to the event being 8 years in the past, it is essentially a "he said, she said" situation and Korean law may well require proof of libel/slander to convict her. (By the same logic, her being unable to prove it was him wouldn't mean he's innocent either.)
