They're not fucking around. After the whole thing where the girl and her friends spreading false rumors about Dongho being a bully, she basically ded. scjjong 565 Posted June 26, 2017 Share Posted June 26, 2017 It's up to 10 years people, meaning the judge will study the case and decide, if guilty, a sentence from a few months up to 10 years plus fine up to 10 million won (again it can be less than this). Not sure how well you've been keeping up with the topic, but this post explains well what has happened thus far: https://onehallyu.com/topic/537917-baekho-donghos-accuser-apologizes-for-spreading-bullying-rumors-about-dongho/ Basically a girl posted on Pann (?) that Dongho sexually assaulted her and included proof using her (now proven false/fake) friend's own community posts, a phone call with Dongho (which I think this may have been confirmed to be Dongho, but not in a way that incriminates him of the crime), and a very detailed post about when, where, and who might have been there. The thing is, she has posted before and there were a lot of inconsistencies with her first post and the one that recently blew up. A lot of people are still trying to stay neutral until the final decision comes out, but it looks like it's in Dongho's favor right now considering she keeps amending her inconsistencies to fit the post that blew up, and the fact that she confirmed her friends words didn't actually have real substance but still used it as evidence just further makes it seem like Dongho didn't do it.
