The screams were just soo loud and eveyone was so supportive of the boys. legendarynuna 1,751 Posted June 25, 2017 Share Posted June 25, 2017 It was insane because there really was no stage, they were just in front of the store and so if you didn't get in line early -- even with a reservation -- and you were not tall, you were reduced to watching on other people's phone screens! It was ridiculously close and intimate as you can see from the tweets! Also, fansites did get in and sometime during the interview the store employees decided they had to tell anyone with a pro camera/zoom lenses to stop photographing and only use phones. They were freaked out that girls were sitting/standing on the wooden tables to see (the ones without merchandise on them). If only they had some monitors above the stage area that would have solved it! There was rented security outside and a few NYPD when they left, but it wasn't unruly or anything. I'm betting they went straight to the airport. Apple sometimes records these things for posterity (especially the celeb ones they do in the NYC SoHo store) and the employee I asked seemed to think this would be available as well.
