"Stop eating so much you fatass" diet.

Feelbro

Recommended Posts

Hi, I'm Feelbro. Inventor of the "Stop eating so much you fatass diet". Using my patented new diet you can lose 1lb a week or more with zero exercise. Currently I've lost 46lbs on this amazing diet!

I'm currently writing my book but I thought I'd let you guys at OH into my secret first.

1. Go here http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ and input your details to work out your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure)

2. I'm a 23 year old, 6ft 3 male, with a desk job and I'm 185lbs so lets put that in. My "Daily Calories to Maintain Weight (TDEE) is 2420

3. Now a 1lb of fat is 3500 calories so you just need to eliminate 3500 calories from your diet a week to lose 1lb a week, it's that simple. The easiest way is to eliminate 500 calories a day. So I would need to keep to 1920 a day.

4. Now eat anything you want, but record it and don't eat more than 500 calories below your TDEE a day.

Enjoy losing weight.

PS remember that as you lose weight your TDEE will drop so adjust your daily allowances.

Also stop buying into the myth that certain foods are "bad" and certain foods are "good". And certain foods make you gain weight.

All that matters is calories.

Calories out < Calories in = Gain weight

Calories out = Calories in = Stay the same weight

Calories out > calories in = Lose weight

If you eat 500 calories under your TDEE of chocolate a day you'll not gain weight.

Because eating 900 calories a day is such a healthy diet.

If your TDEE is 1400 you're going to be so skinny that you don't need to lose weight.

Your BMR and TDEE isn't the same. My BMR is 2016 but my TDEE is 2420.

BMR is what your body needs to fuel it's life functions, breathing, consciousness.

TDEE includes getting out of bed and moving.

omg wait....if you eat more calories than you burn.... you gets fatssssss

but if you consume less calories than you burn.... you lose more fatssss

worth mentioning though..... if you eat far under your healthy/realistic calorie goals ... you will actually have a really hard time losing weight after awhile. You will put your body into a starvation crisis eventually... and your body will quickly begin storing what you consume as fats...whilst your metabolic rate slows.

When you start eating normally again...now your body is storing all of that food the way you don't want it to....but your metabolism is also stagnated....so... you gain back the pounds very quickly. It's why anorexic/bulimics who 'recover' almost always come out of rehab super chubby.

"Fatasses"...should implement calories in/calories out... as well as exercise...and smart food choice. I literally don't believe 60% of the US has thyroid issues... As you've shown OP... the basic weight loss and maintenance formula isn't rocket science.

There's no scientific evidence that starvation mode exists though.

Err, this isn't quite true. It's correct that when you heavily restrict your metabolism does go down, but the whole "storing everything you eat as fat" isn't quite right because when you're eating that little your body isn't going to bother storing more fat, it's actually going to use all of the energy you gain from food to carry out vital proccesses + try to conserve energy as much as possible by cutting down on everything else, which is why one of the criteria for being diagnosed with anorexia is losing your period for at least three months. When you start to eat a normal amount of food again, however, your metabolism is still super slow so you do gain a lot of weight but eventually it goes back to normal.

There's also no evidence that metabolic rate has anything to do with weight loss on a long enough time scale. While it may make your rate of weight loss fluctuate on a week to week basis. The general trend is you lose weight.

Starvation mode, according to the above definition, is for all practical intents and purposes a myth.

Oh and if you WANT to exercise you should lift weights. Ladies that's you too. And I don't mean those 0.5lb weights you hold at Jazzercise class. I'm talking 10 reps of the heaviest weight you can physically lift. Enough weight that after the 10th lift you are exhausted.

But I don't want to be some female bodybuilder muscle freak!

That's not going to happen, to get big you need to EAT big. People with stacked muscles are eating way over their TDEE. You're just going to firm everything up and lose flab.

Plenty of kpop idols lift weights, you can tell. Yuri probably does squats every day. Don't you want powerful thighs that can crush a mans head?

starvation crisis (conservation).... vs starvation mode.....

notice my word choice... and yours.....

Starvation crisis... all of the things that happen to your body that affect your ability to lose weight whilst starving yourself of the calories you need to function daily.  Starvation mode...is a coined term with very specific symptoms...that actually DOES exist... just not in the capacity most people apply it. You can't go into starvation mode whilst calorie counting for a few months....unless you are literally not eating.

And yes the metabolism eventually gets back to normal... but not before you've messed up your body and health...

But you guys can test it out for yourselves.... ofc...

your metabolism is key in burning calories for energy................................

go to any massive weightlifting forum...and tell them that the ECA stacks they are taking for their cut... the one sending their metabolic rate in to overdrive...has nothing to do with fat drops and weight loss....

Independent studiers can do a few write ups about metabolism not being relevant... but... i guarantee... if you pulled 100 fat people off the street...and for good measure...fat people who do get some exercise... and 100 skinny ones ... skinny ones who play video games all day.... and measured their metabolic rates..............................................................

That's because your average member of Bodybuilding.com is a retard that fills his head with "broscience".

There's no scientific, double-blind, study that's shown that something called a "metabolism" can prevent people losing weight or gaining weight.

Fat people just shout "But my metabolism! I can't lose weight" when they wont try.

My diet:

- Do proper warm up routines and cardio exercises everyday.

- Don't starve, nor overeat.

- Stop eating fatty junk food and drinking beverages with high sugar content.

I went from 190 pounds to 150 pounds within 5-6 months.
