[AKP] Kpop's worst debuts

Recommended Posts

1. Chocolate

A group that faded into Evanescence, Chocolate looked like they were straining to sing this aegyo-filled song.
2. Block B

Block B was sadly forced to debut with "Freeze," a song that captured every cliche thing we cringe about at times when we think about K-Pop. Thank goodness they switched things up afterward.
3. Girl's Day

I think everyone was tilting their heads when they saw Girl's Day approaching the stage in these terrible outfits. "Tilt My Head" was an autotuned nightmare....
4. Stellar

"Rocket Girl" was a real failure to launch. The girls of Stellar definitely would have disbanded if it weren't for "Marionette."
5. Nine Muses

Sadly, Nine Muse's debut for "No Playboy" was a disaster. The girls faked half their high notes and sounded very weak. Fortunately, now they are a lot more talented and advanced since then.
6. M.O.A

M.O.A was another girl group to have a flop of a debut. The stage performances were even worse, especially when they had random guest appearances.
7. Chocolat

"Syndrome" was definitely eye-catching but not in a good way. The whiney vocals, odd fashion sense and the fact that some members barely sang live made this debut another hot mess.
8. U-KISS

U-KISS debut with "Not Young" basically became the Voldermort of K-Pop. Just don't speak of it.
9. WASSUP

Hopping on the twerking bandwagon at the time, WASSUP was sadly met with disappointment after their booty bouncing debut landed them flat on their... well, butts.
10. ZE:A

There is nothing to celebrate about "Mazeltov." ZE:A seem to do better with their solo activities than as a group. Thank goodness they dropped this act and fast.
11. Piggy Dolls

"Trend" was obviously NOT trending. The concept the girls were going for was admirable but everything given to them was poor.
12. B.I.G

The boys in groove, B.I.G, left little to be desired with their debut. They seem to be more try hard if anything.
13. CHI CHI

The breathy and struggling debut of CHI CHI left little to be desired. If you thought the song was bad, the debut stage will have you wishing for a trip back in time.
14. Rainbow

"Gossip Girl" didn't leave much hype for us to talk about. The horrible misuse of English combined with the whiney vocals made this song quite displeasing.
15. Psy

When people saw "Bird" they said that Psy would never be a star. Little did they know that 11 years later he would "Gangnam Style" on all the haters.

But I loved Freeze by Block B.warstarplz.png

I remember everyone being pissed when Block b debuted with Freeze cause they were expecting some other song. I knew nothing about Block b so I wasn't phased much. People were also salty cause they felt that Zico was trying to look like B2st's Junhyung. THEN Cho PD (was he their manager?) decided to insult G dragon and things got messy. I think Block b had the loudest debut I've ever witnessed.😂
