Are you guys still alive after Broduce 101 ended?

 

Because we still have this

With PD101 alone I feel I need to have a tracker to check all the boybands that came out of it

 

1. Wanna One

2. Nuest

3. Yuehua Boys

4. RBW Boys

5. HF Company Boys

6. Cre.Ker Boys

7. Chun Boys 

8, JBJ (?)

9. N.Flying

10. Hotshot

 

...and that's only the announced ones for THIS YEAR. Wanna One, Nuest and Yuehua are almost assured of some sort of success since nearly all the boys in their lineup were popular PD101 trainees.  

 

But no, the YG survival show is coming up with possibly 2 more groups.imstupid.png

 

KBS show will certainly have at least one boy group come out of it. imstupid.png

 

Will probably go crazy if NCT decides they need more units. la.gif

 

 

I sound annoyed but I will most likely be trash for these programs though and torture my heart while watching it when I get attached to someone cause I'm masochist like that hoplz.png

It's always like this, imitation and milking the shit out of something automatically result in the death of that thing and the loss of interest. Koreans will lose interest and big groups will stay unbothered

I honestly really believe this is up to the PDs who handle the show. 

 

A lot of the popular varieties we have right now are straight up ripoffs (ex: Return of the the Superman) but the execution made it really popular. People were also saying Produce 101 S2 will flop because no one is interested in boy groups - but execution is execution even if it's done over and over again. 

 

Even if you have a brilliant idea but a sucky PD, it won't work. Another big factor is the cast.

I was never big into these survival shows tbh but I had to start pd101 and go soft for 50 of the boys not to mention have my heart ripped out, trampled on, picked up and thrown down again with Im Youngmin alone. I'll monitor Wanna One and hope for good things for the groups coming out of it but right now I have plated my heart. #NeverAgain rlytearpls.png

We are still no sure of how many groups YG's show is going to bring:

1- If Yedam is joining as a confirmed contestant for the lineup > one group

2- If Yedam is only joining as an MC/host > two groups

 

But you know since it is yg

Nothing is confirmed yet

So typical
