E-girls - Love☆Queen MV

The tone of the song and the styling were very mismatched imo

I didn't LOVE the song but I liked it enough that I'd listen to it again. It reminds me of a song by another group but I can't think of the group or the song rn lol

I kinda agree. I like the styling, but I think it would have fitted a song like "Pink Champagne" better or something that had a bit more punch to it.

That said though, the song is growing on me and the mv is still cute despite the style issue.

omg me too. It sounds so familiar for some reason.

The ending was fD4JAZe.png fD4JAZe.png it seemed kinda out of place tbh.

well i love it, they all look gorgeous and i like the song. it's true that the styling doesn't match the song though.

and it's gonna take a while for me to get used to the new e-girls, rn watching this feels like i'm watching a sub-unit of e-girls.

How I felt during Mr. Snowman

Guess I'm the only one that thinks the styling/MV and song match fine. It's glamorous and classy, and the song isn't overly cute, so it works. The look of the MV is very EXILE-like. More of a performer highlight, with each performer getting their own unique scene. Kinda upset they cut it at the best part of the MV, though. :/

Same thoughts. The whole some is cohesive too. Even the rap part wasn't out of place. Love the MV though as usual.

Yup, several of us got that same feeling. It felt like there was breathing room in the video. I didn't get a headache after watching it like I do with some videos, lol. I take this as a definite positive.

is it just me or does Reina's vocals dominate the majority of the song?

I still can't really distinguish the line distro outside of Karen's obvious rap verse. I don't listen to Flower much and only know Reina's voice from E-girls songs so I'm not as good at distinguishing it as other people.

I like the song but not as much as Pink Champagne for this kind of styling. I like that they're not too focus on the vocalists and more into performers which that what I was waiting for and I really miss Miyuu's choreo, glad to see it here and I love it!! Really her style. I like the X formation too, so curious what will the performance look like. Can't wait to see their performance on Music Station this week. la.gif

It was fine for me. The MV definitely has an EXILE feel to it. Especially since Gene just released an MV filmed in the desert, too. The similarity was definitely highlighted.

Not all the performers got their solo shot though. I'm guessing we'll get that on the full MV. I'd expect to have a minute more or so.

It really does feel like a sub-unit with the whole 3 vocalists and limited performers. At least in GNKY there were like a park full of dancing girls including other vocalists, who just weren't singing. It's a little bid odd to see so few of them, although fingers crossed, this means more screen time for each member.

Nono and Ishii are so cute omg.

Alsooo, is it just me or is anyone else digging the way this MV was shot. I feel like it's a bit different for E-girls, especially with Nozomi and the umbrella (that was adorable).  0u0plz.png

I like how much screen time the performers got, especially Nonoka. So weird though. It'll take a while to get used to this new version of the group.

Of course they have to fade out on the best part. Can't wait to see the dance break. Not really digging the song so far.
