They invite people from the national team or well known players to not only introduce and talk about the sport itself, but they also talk about the difficulties and hardship that comes with it. The also a series of mini games; professional players vs. the MCs. This is the youtube channel that uploads the show for those who aren't streaming it. (Updates every Sunday). Jackson might be just as good as a professional player (he was going to be on the national team), but he is still a celebrity so he is on the MC/celebrity team. So like the Chinese version of KBS's "Cool Kiz on the Block"...Interesting, I always wanted to see Jackson show off his fencing skills on TV. Glad he got the chance to do it once again on public tv. I like the fact that it's not 2h long because I can't focus on long shows.
