No one will say 100% unfiltered exactly what they think of in an interview to the public, especially one that scrutinizes. It's called low-key promoting. Actors usually mentioned their current projects in their interviews as much as they can even tho some questions are not connected to that. And it's good for their image being professional without mentioning their personal life and answers being filtered.

 

... and honestly, all actors are curious with the ratings of their dramas. Obviously, Suzy just want to know the result of their hardworks.
