Kook actually has his own room but they put him in JiHope's room so he would have a team. And plus, they're the dance line and they prepared a show together for the fans. I think they just grouped Jungkook with Jihope cause he'd have been alone otherwise. He's got the single room. That's what I originally thought, that he has his own room (because they played rock, papers, scissors for it?) but then that whole video and festa threw me off.
