Why do many JPOP songs NOT have full MV on YouTube?

yeah, it's marketing I think.

btw for me isn't such a big deal because I always buy the CDs of my fav japanese artists but yes, for other people could be very stressful °-°

btw recently avex uploaded many full PVs if i'm not wrong...also AKB48 channel (after some time since the official release) do it.

it's called PV (Promotion Video) for a reason.

you could probably salvage some full PVs that are aired on TV but those are mostly in TS format.

though there are quite a large number of music videos that are shared fully (blocked or unblocked by Japan) because they also sell music digitally. Other reasons maybe they still offer variety of bonuses for buying limited version(s) of the album so uploading full MV won't hurt (Universal Music is petty af though)

Universal? Warner? Toy's Factory? Victor Entertainment? Hello Project? I can watch all besides Avex.

Problem is there are PVs/MVs that are blocked for international audiences outside of Japan.  Some J-pop fans who lived in Asia told me they can view it but a person living in US (like me) can't watch that same video they're watching, so it kinda suck for NA audiences (and maybe to some extent, European audiences).
