What Korean skincare/makeup brands have you tried?

Recommended Posts

I've tried etude house, it's skin, innisfree, TFS, and nature republic. Never tried the higher end ones.

So far, it's skin & innisfree >> the rest

I tried skincare and no makeup for all except etude house and nature republic where I also tried minimal make up (aka lip products cuz that's the only thing I know skalafakga)

WBU? What's your opinion of the Korean brands you've tried? Curious about your experience/review [emoji4]

Etude House, April Skin, Innisfree, Missha, Tony Moly, Skin Food, Nature Republic, and I'm can't remember if I've tried others

I really like Nature Republics aloe vera gel, skin foods masks, and innisfrees olive real skin (?) line and their mineral pact

Etude houses quality is okay-ish but for the price it's not that bad

Mamonde, Laneige, IOPE, Aritaum, Etude House, Espoir, Innisfree, Etude House, Tony Moly, Nature Republic, Pony Effect, The Saem, DR Jart, Skin 79, Holika Holika, Banila co, Skinfood, Clio, Peripera... I think I'm forgetting something...

Anyways, I prefer Mamonde, Laneige and Innisfree in skincare. Espoir has best cushion foundations... In color cosmetics I prefer Mamonde, Aritaum, and Etude House because of cheap prices and okay quality. Peripera for long lasting liptints.

My sister got my grandmother the black sugar honey mask a few years ago and she really liked it!

I only tried Missha's cushion pact and I enjoyed it

My favorite brand is innisfree too and the brand that just doesn't work for my skin is skinfood!! I've tried almost every product they have at ulta and I always break out smh... what a waste of my money T_T

this one bb cream from etude house - good coverage, lasts forever.. love it

nature's republic skincare stuff + lip tint - skin stuff is alright but lip tint doesn't stay on

cathy cat lip stain - super pigmented, love it

isa knox/sulhwasoo/missha/sooryehan - high quality stuff

Um, most of the affordable ones.

Innisfree is a fave.

Missha and Laneige are too heavily scented.

Tony Moly is ok, nothing special.

Etude House has nice bb cream and novelty items.

Mamonde, Aritaum, and Goodal are generally nice more "natural" products.

Skin Food, seems gimmicky to me, haven't found any product I loved.

Holika Holika, ok.

The Face Shop, hit and miss.

Nature Republic, great products but can be heavily scented.

Skin 79 was my intro into bb cream but can't use it now.

PeriPera has great lip tints..

COSRX is a lifesaver for my teen but I don't use them because of sensitivities.

Countless others that I have had samples from that didn't leave an impression.

Most of my routine is from Mizon, great products, great prices and several products that do not have ingredients that irritate my skin. (fatty alcohols, urea, vit. c,)

For BB cream I have to use L'oreal's Lumi cushion. Just about all Korean bb creams have chemical sunscreens and the give me migraines. :(
