Their average age group is going by 17.4. The newbees on the kpop world, a boyband composed by 5 members, Daeguknama for sure are 5 innocent boys. When doing interviews they talk very serious about music and they start to bawl themselves (this means that they just love to joke when doing interviews).

 

 

"Hey, are you kidding me!?"

 

 

 

This become to be a exposure of what they really are. They’ve been together even since their debut, that is about 2 years ago. They’ve been together when it comes to be hard and happy times. They are just nothing more but 5 boys that consider themselves as a family.

 

 

"I really think that Hyunmin is a mysphobic. When his things are not in the place those have to be, he gets angry"

Hyunmin attacked back Mika saying, “That’s not mysphobia. It is not for sure that you have to leave all the things in the place you found them before using them? And when i want to wash the clothes they have to take them to the clothes’ basket if they don’t wanna hear me yelling. Everytime they take a shower and they dry their hair all the hair that comes out of their head is all around the floor then when i go to the bathroom there are socks everywhere… Oh my god. It may be because i did Arts, but i really hate it when things are messing up on the house.â€

- Who’s the cleanest member?

 

→ Jay: Karam hyung is! He’s like a mom for us. All days at morning he’s the first to wake up, then he wakes up the other members and makes us breakfast.

 

→ Karam: Since i was a kid my parents were always working so i was the one who took care of my little brothers. That’s why i know how to cook some food. I think i can with the kimchi stuff and all of that.

 

→ Injun: The food is sometimes too seasoned but it still delicious.

 

 

- Who’s the member with the habit that makes you crazy?

 

→ Injun: Hyunmin hyung snores when he sleeps and that really drives me crazy. He’s not even making a siren then! And yes, you can’t sleep when you hear him… that’s why sometimes we block his nose…

 

→ Hyunmin: I don’t know if it is because i’m being too tired since our debut but i got in to some sleeping habits.

 

 

- The nicknames you have yourselves?

 

→ Karam: We call Injun as 양가(Yang-ga)(it is like a boy from two houses or something like that). When we first met him he had his hair parted like 8/2 and it was really funny. His fashion was also wearing training clothes. He always said that he was one of the must fashionist boys on Incheon.

 

→ Injun: The voice of Hyunmin hyung is very Husky, the husky spelling on korean is hosukhee, so we call him as hosukhee. ‘Hosukhee-ssi, come and eat something’ like that.

 

 

- Who’s the fashionist and fashion terrorist?

 

→ Jay: The fashionist is Mika hyung, he has a lot of interest on clothes. Also his personality is very strong.

 

→ Mika, Karam, Hyunmin: The fashion terrorist is Injun, at the point that our manager hyung always tell him not to buy clothes at internet.

 

→ Injun: What are you talking about! I’m the fashionist here!

The BOSS’s First Korean Stage in 2 Years.. “We were nervous and happy.â€

 

The BOSS has successfully finished their first Korean stage performance in two years.

 

The BOSS performed at the Hanryu drama concert “K-Drama with Oh Junsong.†They held a strong stage with a 60-member orchestra and sang “Stand By Me,†an OST from the drama “Boys Over Flowers†and “Angel,†an OST from “Haru.â€

 

Also, after the concert, they held a surprise fanmeeting and expressed their thankfulness to the 70 Korean and Japanese fans who came to watch them perform.

 

Their label, Poom Entertainment said, “The boys were very nervous bevause it was their first time meeting with the fans up close since a long time. They were able to stay strong due to the fans who didn’t forget them and gave them lots of love. They’re thankful they were able to express their graditude.â€

 

On another note, The BOSS was reported to be under the same label as Jo Sung Mo and are preparing for a Korean comeback.

Please say something to your fans who have waited so long for you guys!

-Hello, we are The BOSS! It’s been a while since we’ve last greet you. We miss you all so so much ^^

 

 

What have you been doing lately?

-We did lots of Japanese activities and after finishing our concert in March, we came back to Korea. We were also happy to meet our family again. During that time, there was so much we wanted to learn. After coming back to Korea, we received lots of lessons and of course we practiced lots on our vocals and dancing. And on top of that, we also started to work out to show a cooler side of us.

What are your plans so far?

-The members are all focused on getting ready for our Korean comeback. We’re having a comeback at the end of October. This is a comeback we’ve all waited so long for so we took time to ourselves and as a group to practice to learn and practice composing songs, playing instruments, acting, etc. We want to repay the amount our fans have waited for us with that much better music and appearance (T/N: as in “coolnessâ€). We plan to do lots of activities in Korea and show you the many different sides of us so please cheer for us^^

 

 

I guess you could call it a “new start.†What are your plans with you new label?

-Because our CEO thinks good of our potential, we’re all overflowing with energy. I think we were able to prepare comfortably because of his trust and wholehearted support. We can only think of working hard so we don’t let the staff and fans who’ve put so much faith in us down. All the members can’t wait to get back on stage for this comeback. Just as we started anew with our new label, we want to try many new things and show a new side of us. We’ll return to our Korean fans and our international fans with a unique image soon so please wait just wait a li~ttle more^^

 

 

Is there something you guys are especially paying attention to for this comeback?

-We think everyone remembers our young concept from our debut. Since then, we’ve all matured physically and psychologically. We plan to show 100% of how much we’ve matured and our talent. We’ve been practicing our vocals and dancing just as if we were debuting again and we’ve been working out and exercising to show how much we’ve matured. Talking about this makes us want to stand on stage again. Just thinking about it makes us nervous. We’ll make sure to prepare for an album where peopl will say, “The BOSS has become more talented and cooler!â€

 

 

Did you guys go on a summer vacation?

-I really want to go on vacation! Our summer was spent in the recording studio and practice room. The members who went on vacation uploaded lots of pictures. Whenever I see them, I get really envious. I want to go on a vacation so badly but I’m holding it in for this year because right now, what’s most important is our album. What I look forward to more than the vacation is now, our time preparing for our comeback. If we work hard now, we’ll definitely get a break, even though it’s short, sooner or later, right? We plan to have the fun we would have had during our summer vacation this year on the stage!

 

 

If you could take a day off, where would you go?

-There are many places I want to go. But first off, I want to go to the beach. I want to not do anything and just lay in the sand. I want to sleep and listen to music and eat when I get hungry. I’ll probably have to go somewhere I can go in a day, right? I want to go home and rest and the go to a really loud club. Listen to music and people-watch! I want to go to a bland fish restaurant (..?) in the valley and dunk my feet and water and eat plain fish soup. I couldn’t even dunk my feet in water this summer. I think itd be really peaceful to sit between trees and rest my feet in water.

How about a word to the other members you’ve been together with for so long?

-Now, even if we dont say anything, we all know what each one of us wants to say. More than anything else, I’m grateful I’m with you guys and even from now on, let’s be together forever! After getting together, there have been times of hardship and sadness, and of course there woll be more in the future, but I hope our members can trust in each other and support one another and win over them, and then make lots of happy memories. I only need our member. I love you guys!!! Until now we have been, and from now on, we are one. Let’s enjoy the remaining time we have in our lives! We are Dae. Guk. Nam. Ah! Aja!!

 

 

What are your goals now?

-First off, since we’re singers, we want to sing songs that people will enjoy. We, The BOSS, still have lots to show you. We want to show you our endless charms without holding anything back. We want our songs to be something people can trust and listen to! To become that, we will never stop! We’ll become a group who gives an endless amount of effort!

 

 

What do you plan to do if you reach #1 for the comeback?

-Just thinking about it makes us really happy and nervous. The day we get #1, we will hold a psrty for our fans! Of course we have to share the joy with them! We really hope to hold the party!!!
