that way you don't have to deal with any of the ì€/는/ê°€/ì´ stuff

The first one is wrong and the second one is awkward no one would say it like that

 

It's would be like this

[Name]ê°€/ì´ ë°”ë³´ì•¼

Or [name]ê°€/ì´ ë°”ë³´ì´ì˜ˆìš” if you're talking to someone politely.

The "ê°€" or "ì´" depends on if the name ends in a consonant or a vowel, if it ends in a vowel use "ê°€" otherwise, use "ì´".
