i love all of sonamoo though! Minjae is Bae, but i didn't become 2nd highest poster in this thread for no reason at all :P people always accuse me of being akgae bc i ususally have a strong bias. euijin and minjae are pretty much tied #1, i just love Minjae a lot and she's super underrated IMO so i promote her a lot

Should MAKESTAR bear some blame for this? I feel like they're caught in the middle of this. But I think as an organisation they definitely should chase up TS on this as its the fan's money.

Based on other cases that I know, Makestar is... not sure how to say it. It's like they don't bother too much. But when makers start to complain and then Makestar say they'll contact the company, I do feel like something will be done. Either refund or another delay notice. They will give an explanation soon.

In terms of speaking out, I can only imagine the possible ones are Minjae or NS.

Makestar takes action when donators start to complain about long delays. They don't really push the companies when the funds are completed. But when months pass by and they start to see complaints via e-mail or the "community tab" of the project page, they tend to reach out to the companies and pretty much request a statement so they can post to fans.

 

And if they don't respond, they cancel the project and refund all the people who pledged. Some have even been blacklisted for lack of communication (*cough DR Music/Rania *cough*)
