Article: 'Smoked marijuana twice' Big Bang's TOP under prosecution without detention... could be terminated from police unit

1. [+504, -36] Prosecution without detention~~~~~ ã…‹ã…‹ even after smoking marijuana, he gets prosecution without detention ã…‹ã…‹ what a funny country we live in~~ ã…‹

2. [+418, -30] Prosecution without detention even after smoking marijuana ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹

3. [+170, -5] A person who does not live a proper life has no worth living

4. [+20, -2] Imagine if he wasn't a celebrity?? Why do celebrities get all these perks? They get to commit all these crimes, do all these drugs, drink and drive all they want, and still come back on TV ^^

5. [+16, -1] I remember Hyun Jin Young was arrested in the middle of his concert, why does TOP get prosecution without detention?

6. [+11, -0] If he wasn't a celebrity, he'd already be arrested right now by being dragged by the back of his neck, no...????

7. [+8, -0] The only reason people get arrested is because of fear of running away or getting rid of evidence. He's already confessed to smoking marijuana and he's obviously not going to be running away from this so they probably felt that he didn't need to be arrested.

8. [+7, -5] Just because he's not being arrested doesn't mean he's being let off as innocent. If he wasn't a celebrity, obviously he'd be arrested by now but he's already arresting himself by holing himself up at the Gangnam police station right now. TOP can be reached by police whenever they need him for investigation so it doesn't matter.

1. [+802, -60] I'm saying this as a fan... take all the consequences you are dealt, that's the best you can do...

2. [+694, -55] Obviously he should be kicked. What is a druggie doing in a police promo unit?

3. [+511, -36] Let's start by having him pay the consequences...

4. [+438, -40] Congratulations on having to re-enlist

5. [+104, -5] All that money and honor he earned from his fans, he goes and spends it on drugs... Will he wake up when all his fans turn their backs on him?

6. [+78, -4] A very speedy and right decision by the police. This is good news.

7. [+52, -1] I'm a longtime fan of Big Bang but he needs to take every consequence he gets. Don't give any excuses and don't ever say you're going to pay people back with better music.

Not surprised and it's appropriate, you can't have someone who has confessesed to a crime and under investigation working at a police station. He's really screwed himself over, all these weeks in the army mean nothing and he has to re-enlist all over again and he's lost an easy gig and we'll get a worse position.

I told those people on the other thread! Active duty would be received much better than staying in the police force! But somehow those people couldn't get it! 0u0plz.png

I think is has nothing to do with being a celebrity. He wasn't caught with marijuana so he isn't detained.

even in those countries where marijuana is prohibited by law, you are detained for marijuana possession.

depends of "proper" meaning.

i don't care about him smoking weed or whatever but i have said this since the first day; it's highly ironic for him to enjoy the privilege of serving as a police officer when he doesn't even abide by the law he is supposed to enforce. anything but kicking him out of his police posting wouldn't make any sense.

knowing all the scrutiny and distrust they're getting, i hope all celebrity soldiers would be more careful, it is so annoying seeing dilligent celebrity soldiers who did nothing wrong during their service get hated on and dragged by association because of a select few actions.

This knet needs to chill, he just smoked weed not killed / rape etc...

I do agree that he has to face the consequences of his ilegal actions but saying that his life is worthless it's just too much...
