So I've been doing ballet for about 7 years now.Till this day i'm still doing ballet. I used to love dancing,I really did,I dance for 2 hours 4 days a week and every time I have a show I practice really hard. But this year I'm so fucking done with It,everytime my mom tells me Its time to get ready for ballet,I cringe. In class I don't even try anymore, I just become lazy and don't even listen to my teacher. Worst part,If I tell my mom she will get really mad at me. Any help?

You should talk to her about you losing interest in ballet, she can't make you do ballet if you really don't want to since it's you who does ballet and not her.

Just try to converse with her properly so that she will understand your reasons and try to ask her why she would get mad and all.

Not the advice you want to hear, but you just need to sit her down and tell her how you feel. Maybe you don't need to literally tell her you want to quit ballet, but explain to her WHY you don't enjoy ballet anymore, how it makes you feel, and what you DO want to do with your life.

I've once been in your shoes, i was an elite gymnast that trained 3-4 hours 6 days a week. I didn't tell my mum i wanted to quit, i just told her what i was experiencing, and although i'm sure she was initially disappointed about all the time and money she put into me, she still cared about my health and wellbeing first and foremost. Any parent that loves their child will understand.
