NlNE 929 Posted June 3, 2017 Share Posted June 3, 2017 Thankfully we are not being charged with anything but I don't know what the number's purpose or the caller's purpose is other than it being a scam Here's a rundown. the number comes from a +18 033 area code meaning that it is most likely from France. When I called back the call goes as follows: "The phone number you have dialed has been changed. Same thing said in French. To get access to the phone number, pay a fee of $3.99" I hung up after this. Did anyone else get a similar phone call. King Jaejoong 1,701 Posted June 3, 2017 Share Posted June 3, 2017 That's nothing, I always get odd call from outside the country from people who say some really creepy stuff , like one time someone called me in the middle of sex session and started his dirty talking , I didn't recognize the number but it's definitely not from my country.Another one called me and started talking in different languages with a very deep creepy voice and then hung up before I can even make out anything out of what he said etc etc ...It happens to me all the time, I think it has something to do with me inserting my number for security purposes on some sites ( you know those who send you a code to log in ) , may be some people get access to those . Uprising 584 Posted June 3, 2017 Share Posted June 3, 2017 my mom got a call from another country number once and since the guy talked in English she gave it to me. said he was from India so we tried to have fun a little bit by keeping the conversation. then he started saying creepy stuff like wanted to fuck. we just hung up after that lol. we weren't charged.
