No, he isn't sick just because he's skinnier thna he was before. He put a lot of effort into losing weight but he's now eating healthy and exercising. He's fine. He looks healthier in the pics you posted. I still haven't quite memorized everyone's names yet and for some reason I can remember all of their faces but his.
