How come BTS Jimin doesnt get recognition for his singing as much as JK?

His parts from I Need U was what converted me into an Army.
Though my bias is Rap Monster, in almost every song of BTS, my favorite parts are when Jimin is singing (even when he's singing in the background). I don't see enough appreciation threads about his voice.

Armys, I know Jimin's a great dancer but let's appreciate his singing skills too! QRLGYBO.png

Edit: Guys, I'm not trying to compare JK and Jimin. I thought, because Jimin sings just as much as JK for BTS, I never really saw anyone openly appreciating Jimin vocals as much (at least here in OH) hence why I asked and I was only curious.

Because he barely has any songs or covers by himself... I really love lie, but besides that he doesn't have that many songs only by him. I don't think only his parts in songs show his full potential especially when he is forced to sing high notes.

He needs more confidence chuplz.png  I love his vocal tone. With more training he will do really well.

Jungkook deserves all the praise and recognition he receives.

He's the main vocal for a reason.

How many threads will OH make comparing singer x to jimin this week?

anyway, I love Jimin's voice. He's not as poor as everyone exaggerates him to be. A realistic answer to your question is that I think people tend to think of him as a dancer first and singer second. So, they focus praise on his dance and save vocal praise for members of the group who are known for it.

When I saw them live, his solo was my favorite of all the vocalists to watch live.
