So I was so happy when I heard about it. Pray and have faith! My sister got diagnosed with lymphoma cancer and I was in complete shock because you never really expect such thing happening to you. Fortunatly it was discovered early on. The best advice I can give you is try to stay positive atleast in front of your mom. Encourage her and help her. We dont know what your mom has yet but if it turns out she would need chemo and such treatment.. you have to be strong for her, help her out and so on. I have gone through similar situations with family members whom I am super close to. what I found helped me cope(especially for a person with severe anxiety that has the tendency to worry a lot), was to go for walks, do breathing routines, do yoga for a few minutes or listen to my favourite calming music.
