Legally when you turn 19 you can drink and smoke in South Korea. 19 is the age of adulthood, which is different from the age of consent. I won't delve into the difference, you can google it. Considering that she's 21 now (Korean) that would mean that she could have been 20, or at youngest 19 back in October. But age won't matter since pot is illegal in South Korea and this is considered a drug charge. Yea it's creepy from our perspective that an older man takes company with a younger (much younger) woman, but that's us in the west. Some countries have no issue with that. On twitter and Tumblr maybe but in the real world no one would view that woman as a predator. Idk where you live but men as victims of sexual harassment is still pretty taboo/unheard of.
