What happened to Suzy's contract?

on April 30, it was said by Korean media that Suzy was still discussing her renewal with JYPent.

Suzy got a role in a new drama, and SBS has high expectatives for this drama to be a hit, I don't know if Suzy would risk to say her decision in the middle of her filming, especially if this role was a job she got while she had a valid contract with JYPent.

Suzy may think a little longer about leaving or not JYPent, knetizens think she should stay. Many popular, loved and successful acts had a down on their career after leaving their big companies and also their groups; but some succeed in carrying a solo career under a smaller company, so who knows?

She's starting her own company but it just hasn't been officially announced yet. It will probably be announced after Twice's Japanese debut.

I don't think Suzy's decision not being announced has sth to do with Twice cb. It's more like bc of her new role in SBS drama.

SBS wants the next drama to hit big, so I wondered if SBS didn't want Suzy to say she'd leave JYPent in order to not shadow the drama with the news of her departure, or SBS asked her to just reveal her decision when the drama starts airing so it'll bring more attention to the drama. There's also a possibility of Suzy still be thinking better what'll be her next step. I'll wait and see.

I dont think it has to do with her upcoming drama . Even if she announce that she doesnt renew, it wont affect her that much but jyp. Expect that jyp's stock to go down a lot.
