When you meet a Kpop fan in real life.....

....do you go up to them and talk to them?

For me, most of the time I'm a bit afraid. Not because I feel intimidated (except for that one cute guy with the exo backpack in the train some days ago but that's not important) but because as of late, a lot of Kpop fans (at least in Germany) are very cringy and only listen to one group and because of that it's a bit annoying when you go up to them and they just talk about only this one specific group but then again it's so rare for me to see Kpop fans here in my area so it's still nice to see them I guess.

I don't know how it's for you guys but what do you do when you see a Kpop fan and how do you notice them? Is it easier in your country/city to find Kpop fans?

most of the kpop fans i meet in real life are extreme koreaboos, so no, i dont try to talk to them lol (i actually try to avoid them because of second-hand embarrassment)

two of my closest irl friends are already kpop fans so i dont feel any desire to find people that are into kpop :o

The only Kpop fans at my school other than me are cringy Koreaboo who think BTS is the only Kpop group that exists

one of the them literally called themselves an expert at Kpop yet didn't know CLC until Hobgoblin

In my country, the friends I made, we met in Twitter, then we proceeded to meet in real life and went to eat and just hang out. We're all close in age though, and it was something we needed to make sure through TWT or whatsapp. The problem is there are many kpop fans, but most of them are underage (at least the ones you see more around) so it's kinda difficult... You can already tell who's a k-pop fan since they usually wear backpacks with "stuff" I don't know what they're called but they have their favorite k-pop groups (ah, the youth).

Once I had a small Seokjin picture and I had like 3 girls following me around, it was uncomfortable. I prefer if they come and tell me they like k-pop too, but please don't follow me around rlytearpls.png .

I avoid them like the plague.

It's sometimes hard to do b/c they're everywhere.

Once in a while, i'll be talking to a random person, and somehow, when we get to the topic of music, I'll find out they like Kpop. Which is okay.

But if my Koreaboo senses start tingling, I know to avoid the topic of music (or just talking to them in general) if possible.

I nod politely and pretend to listen to them when really I fell out of love with kpop years ago but let them fangirl all they want because that's what I would have done twenty years ago and there's no point in bursting that bubble while they're still young.

No I don't, most of the time they are koreaboos or they just can't talk about anything else but Kpop.

Scary sometimes.. theres a bunch of teenagers keeps on following me on an amusement park when they saw me wearing an exo tshirt.. they were also wearing one and they were like on a school trip or something and when i smile at them they attacked me.. like asking me questions and they were all screaming.. like why???

There was also another student followed me on a bookstore.. but she didnt say anything.. we just smiled at each other and she left once i noticed her...

For others, the experience was quite pleasant, some would still fangirl when they met someone in public who likes kpop as well, but its not scary..

ive met a guy who was so in love with aoa, but hes an once and blink now.. hes cool.. and his girlfriend is a kpop fan as well - bap fan

Also, when i met my friend, she just asked me if im listening to kpop since she can hear what im playing on my phone and we became close friends..
