Fear is never a reason to turn people away. Especially refugees looking for safety ( not in reference to yourself, just in general ). Germany seems to be pretty welcoming from my understanding and are open minded. But assholes exist everywhere, regardless of boarders. Good luck with your move. Stay safe love. As for countries and needing documents that's something very arbitrary invented by humankind that shouldn't exist, we all born in the same planet under different circumstances and I don't feel any person, or any nation for this matter, has the right to claim property of it and restricting where you can go and where you can't depending on where you were born. Soilei 4,812 Posted May 28, 2017 Share Posted May 28, 2017 i remember when the big wave hit. it was 90% of young men not coming from Syria. they demolished our train stations, trains and refused and threw water and supplies we gave them, they even got into fights with rocks , fists etc. And they also demolished hotel that it was for them and few weeks ago they were protesting cuz they didnt have TV or something in rooms (cant remember anymore) it left quite bad impression on me and because of that i can't really be with all of them. i am with all the refugees that are in need of help , but not those who went on bandwagon to Europe just to get money and are creating shit all over Europe now. im sorry but germans/sweds etc shouldn't have higher taxes to pay for their shelter while they are literally mocking and laughing at their face. its not how its supposed to be. And in my country, it's already dangerous with our locals, how much worse it could get with people from outside, people that we know nothing about, what they think, how they behave, I honestly don't wanna imagine how this will turn out and I'm glad I won't live to witness the disaster. Wealthy elites won't budge and buy a location somewhere for them, a territory specifically for those who flee war zones, but they force them upon the population. What I want for my country is civilised and decent immigrants and I would advocate for acceptance of refugees under strict circumstances, definitely not thousands upon thousands. I don't like communitarianism so I'm not for it if that's the outcome. I think my country should make efforts so they can be integrated, which is not the case, and I expect migrants to make efforts too. I've also seen in what conditions they are "welcomed", this is disgraceful. There's a big hypocrisy from our leaders telling us we must welcome them without being able to do it in an acceptable way. Same, I am also from Europe. It is super upsetting that western media shows a lot of stuff differently and report bullshit about my country to make us look like the big bad bullies. Everyone who wants facts should just check out what is happening on the France highways and see how scary and violent these "women and children" are. If they have their IDs on them, if they are willing to accept the rules then I say, let them stay, but if they are here to harm us, then go away.
