watched episode 4. I loved how they revealed the twist in the end.

From the scenes to the dialog that were leading to the reveal: beautiful tbh.

I get why Jo In Sung responded that way after seeing Kyungsoo's character beaten up like that.

I think he's still angry with himself, his younger self, that he let his father beat him up and he didn't do anything about it. But when Kyungsoo actually fought back, I guess he just recalled how hard it was to fight back and how much courage he had to gather to do so.

:rlytearpls:

lol I think he sees Kyungsoo everytime he's having writer's block

I think this is the most interesting and unique Korean drama I've watched since Nine. Hope ratings continue to improve, but I can see this being 'hit' or 'miss' with people.

BTW, I'm still not sure why the Mom would sell out one kid for the other so I wonder if maybe the mental problems started as a kid and it wasn't actually his mom suffering the abuse, but Jae Yool himself who then 'projected' it onto his Mom to cope with it. The Mom felt guilty about not doing enough/anything and that's why she couldn't bring herself to confirm the story in court.

Someone please tell Me what happen at the end of Ep 4, I am confuse. Why is DO suddenly disappear?

Jae Yul is suffering from mental problems and is hallucinating. He's seeing someone who isn't really there. Many speculate that he's actually seeing his teenage self (in the flashback while his brother is talking in jail we see what his older brother looked like as a teen, but never JJY)

When he was following the 'HS girl' that Kang Woo liked to her window and threw the rock and she opened the window while he 'introduced' and then they turned and ran away. The camera goes back and it's no longer a HS girl, but a woman in her 20s/30s looking. So he also hallucinated that it was a HS girl he was following with Kang Woo.

I second this. This drama is definitely different from other typical K-dramas so far, and I really like the psychological aspect of the drama and how this drama tells the story. So far I don't care for the romance, I just care for the plot and the story telling, I really like it. I hope it will keep this up until the end.

This drama deserves higher rating I suppose.

Also I really like this drama OST that is sung by Chen, Best Luck. Fits the drama well.

WOW !!

I'm honestly flabbergasted at that plot twist. and what a plot twist it is, the best I've seen in years from a kdrama. Now...

I knew things weren't as they appeared in this drama, especially Jang Jea Yeol who seemed twisted to me, like one minute he's joking (but never really smiles) and the next he's suddenly abrupt and closed. Plus every time he was with Kang Woo it was just the two of them and I never saw this kid interact with anyone else, I thought the whole thing was creepy honestly, or that Kang Woo had some sickness. So when episode 4 ended the way it did, I was completely thrown off and everything became clear, I started connecting all the little dots from the first episode to the fourth. LIKE THAT'S WHY THE WOMAN AT THE WINDOW LOOKED WIERDLY AT JAE YEOL AND TAEYONG DIDN'T SEE ANYONE AT THE PARK AND THE MONEY WAS STILL THERE ON THE GROUND OMG.

Besides his OCD, Jang Jae Yeol defo has deep psychological issues. Also I have a lot of theories about the book kang woo wrote, JJY and his brother, and yeah things make sense now. and I want to discuss it but I feel I've already ranted a lot and my mind is a mess now because this drama, so maybe next time.

Holy smokes, that is some plot twist! I really wasn't expecting it, initially thought the show was just some melodrama with a good cast.

Super excited for next week and I think all the actors are doing a fantastic job so far. Hopefully It's Okay, That's Love will get higher viewer ratings because it definitely deserves it.

damn i love this drama really... I'm not into k-dramas since boys over flowers (BOF made me turn off into kdramas, the worst kdrama i've ever seen tbh) and then i only watched dream high and city hunter..

For the first,, I decided to watch ioil bcs kyungsoo tbh.. Then when i read the plot,, it's quite interesting bcs this issue is rare in kdrama.. I thought i would only interested only kyungsoo's part but no,, i like this drama as a whole.. The casts is very good esp JIS and GHJ and every episodes present me a curiousity what will happen in next ep so far..

But this drama is more suitable and more understandable for above 18, so if teenager or a family together watch this, maybe it will awkward imo..

IOIL jjang !!!.. Please don't disappoint me... :ahmagah:

Anyone interested on IOTL's BGM?

Here I compiled some of them from Ep. 1 & 2

Weiss - My Sister

I'll post the rest later...

This is the song Jae-Yeol was listening to in his car in episode 2. It's so addicting I've been listening to it ever since.
