Someone have an idea about how control anger attacks?

Lately i'm suffering of anger attacks, any help?

Take deep breaths and always pause before you react to something. Keep a positive perspective too, think of things that make you happy and keep your mind on them. You may have to constantly recalibrate but that's okay, you'll get used to feeling happy and shaking off the anger.

 

ETA:

Remember that everything doesn't necessarily require a reaction, remind yourself this.

This may sound stupid but have you considered something physical? Like working out or anything where you can punch something? I used to kick box with a friend when I would get super angry and wasn't able to calm myself down.
