Bad publicity is still publicity, I guess? Tbh, he doesn't have much other than his weight to keep people talking.

 

He is a decent enough dancer but he's also in a group where there's people like Eunhyuk and Donghae. Some might consider him funny and entertaining, but then there's also Heechul. He does MC work, but there's also Leeteuk who gets any MC gig he wants. Acting, Siwon, vj-ing, everyone else, singing, everyone else, looks...everyone else. So what does he have? Personality? He has proven to be a dick over the years.

 

The only thing he has to make him stand out from everyone else, within his group and other idols, is his weight. He could make a buzz by losing it and by improving his attitude, but at this point, he has shown little desire to improve and he isn't getting any younger; who knows how long he'll be able to go on like this without it impacting his health.

 

Oh, I forgot. Didn't he do bts work as producer of This Is Love and some SJ tours? Can't really judge the quality since I didn't find the MV spectacular (although I loved the song) amd I've never watched any footage from their concerts, but maybe he can stick to that.
