Why Arashi concert tickets are difficult to get? Is it the same with the korean boy band concerts?

Yes they're very popular in Japan. They don't promote outside but they have a good following.

 

You need to join the fan club and fight with 2 million other fans for the tickets lol

They use a lotterly system to make lots of money. The same applies to most idol concerts

They only pay when they get the tickets though.

Like all groups in Johnny's, you can only get legit concert tickets through their respective fanclubs. When concert dates are announced, the dates for tickets balloting are then determined. You then have to fight with 2 million other fanclub members for Arashi (other Johnnys groups have different numbers of fanclub memberships) in a lottery system. If you're lucky and your ballot wins, then only you pay for the tickets. Otherwise you don't have to pay for balloting.

 

Sometimes, Johnnys groups put up tickets to be sold for the general public too, usually at Playguide.

you can only ballot if you are a member of the fanclub. you have to paid n subscribe for fanclub. and you hv to be japan residence. and it is renewed yearly. so basically concert in japan usually sold out because fans grab it first. only a few percent open for public.

I dont think everyone is excited. I guess it's just kpop fan try to understand the difference between kpop & jpop through comparison. It just happened that Arashi is the top bg in japan.

It wasn't mine. It is just a compilation of all their mv since debut. It wasn't their whole discography.
