Living in these countries doesn't mean you automatically have less of a chance of dying early from cancer, getting heart disease, etc. You can live anywhere in the world and still be healthy as long as you take good care of your health. Conversely you can live in the countries listed and face those health issues if you eat unhealthily in those countries.
