Any self care tips you guys? I feel like I'm deteriorating at a rapid pace

I've been so unstable these past few days. My digestive system is a wreck (constantly getting sick), going into fight or flight mode at least 2 times a day, feel like my chest is tightening up all of the time, crazy mood swings.

I've never felt this bad before and I'm usually not like this. It's only been this way for the past 4 days or so.

 

I feel like it might have to do with all the stuff going on in my life right now. I have my last day at my job on friday, I still have a bunch of errands I need to do, Finals are next week, I put down a deposit on something hella expensive and now my car is acting up and I don't know how much repairs are gonna cost, so now I don't know if I'll have all of the money in time for me to actually purchase what I put a deposit down for.

Any tips? On some self care that is haha. Not asking for you guys to solve my problems.

I hear that buzz word thrown around a lot these days "self care" not too sure how much it solves or what is even considered self care

what do you guys do for it?

I think that's caused for stress and I don't know if you are propense to your stomach being so sensible but you need to eat well in order to not make things worst. Like don't eat stuff that irritates your stomach and try to at the very least eat 3 meals a day at the same time and without skipping any of those. Also it might be good if you do some physical activity to relieve stress.

Exercise, play a sport you're good at or just start going to the gym. That's important for your body to properly function. You just seem really stressed, so relax a bit if you aren't even going to bother working out. And try to be more neutral, don't let everything get to you. Just keep a mantra and repeat it so not everything seems that important. I've been going through the same thing and I have no idea why. I just feel like even though everything's okay right ow my future's going to be really messy. Uhhh stay strong HWaiTING~~~~

That might be part of it. I used to go to the gym everyday, but I haven't gone at all this year
