Switching Roles In Fanficton Ships

Recommended Posts

Oh.  My.  God...I'm taking my first real attempt at reading a SasuNaru and oh my jeebus it's not upsetting.  It's great and for the first time Sasuke being the one that's protective is so kewt!!!!  OMG like it would be cute anyway if it were a NaruSasu, but like...this is more domination and OMG..I don't know what to say.  My question is have you guys ever shipped something a certain way and you said you'd never ship it other wise but when you read a fan fiction on it being reversed it's good and you change your mind or you at least think to ship it both sides?

For me it really depends! I'm not always fond of the roles being reversed but when it comes certain ships i'll allow it. Sometimes depending on the way the fan fiction is going, i'll make an exception for that story and that story alone lol.

I understand and I relate.  I've been holding off this switch for 10 years lol.

Ew yaoi

Read yuri. Way better than that yaoi crap.

omg xD meh, try.  The only yuri I've read was a gender bent Kellic, HaruhixRenge, and InoxSakura.

It depends on the ship.

I know it's messed up but it's hard for me to see Jimin as a top. Like I don't hate it or anything, but I just don't see him like that? I've read some where he switches with Yoongi and it's fine like that but I still tend to read fics with him as a bottom? Idk

Also not that it matters, but even when I read/write Jimin/Yoonji I still see Jimin as a bottom and I noticed most other writers do to.

Other ships like any with tae or kook or some of the hyungs are fine either way.
